Common Issues & Solutions
Not Receiving Notifications?
- Check that notifications are enabled in your phone settings
- Ensure the app has permission to send notifications
- Verify your Expo push token is registered (Settings → Test Notification)
- Check that Do Not Disturb mode is off
Binance API Error: "Invalid API Key"?
- Verify your IP address is whitelisted on your exchange
- Check that API key has necessary permissions enabled
- Ensure you're using a static IP (not dynamic)
- Confirm the API key hasn't been deleted or disabled
Withdrawal Failed?
- Check that withdrawal address is whitelisted on your exchange
- Verify you have sufficient BTC balance (minus network fee)
- Ensure withdrawal permissions are enabled for your API key
- Check Binance withdrawal limits (daily/monthly caps)
- Verify Bitcoin address format is correct
Need to Reset Passcode?
- Tap "Forgot Passcode?" on the passcode screen
- A reset code will be sent to your email
- Enter the reset code and create a new passcode
- Your API keys and settings are preserved
